The Island Boat House is on a private 2 acre island in the 1000 Islands near Fisher's Landing, NY. You may bring or rent a boat, or we can provide rides in our boat for arrival and departure. This rustic & charming two br living space has a double & queen bed in the main room with a double bed in a separate room. An historic boathouse over the water, guests enjoy a private deck, with shower, dock & grill downstairs. Enjoy the majesty of the St. Lawrence River - fishing, swimming and sunsets!!

This is off a very private and quiet dead end road tucked on the inside of Swan Bay. Knowledge of the river and life on an island is crucial to your stay. Navigating the seaway & island life is not for the faint of heart! Having your own boat is necessary for getting anywhere! Our cottage faces the main channel for excellent ship watching and has water views from every room!

This 4 bedroom/3 full bathroom home features a gorgeous floor-to-ceiling river stone gas fireplace as the focal point of the main floor, as well as a fully stocked kitchen and king master suite. Downstairs is a cozy sun room with a fireplace, and an Irish pub style bar room. To the rear, double decks overlook the wide lawn and waterfront access to Swan Bay.

You’ll love my place because of the great neighborhood with stunning views of the St. Lawrence River. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and furry friends (pets). Additional charge for pets and dock usage.

The Sea Angell is a 1.2 acre PRIVATE ISLAND (just you will be on it). There is DEEP water docking, electricity, modern plumbing, WiFi, and great cell service. And, yes … this property is dog friendly! The island is very easy to find, located just offshore in a prime location near Foxy’s Restaurant, and has a charming vintage cottage dating back to the 1870’s!
