Bright and airy studio. Newly refurbished in April 2020. Private outdoor patio. Conveniently located to the train and bus routes getting you in to Dublin City in around 20 minutes. Very close to the coast. Lovely walks towards Howth and Portmarnock and Malahide. Please note that the studio apartment is an extension to the rear of our house, it is not accessible to the house. Access via a side lane. Studio has private patio but we do have 3 young children who sometimes use the garden.

Only 15 min bus journey or 5 min train (DART) journey to the city centre. A 5 minute walk from St Anne’s Park & close to Howth & Malahide. Parking available.

This is a studio and it comprises of a room in an old Georgian house with high ceilings. a built in very small private kitchenette and a private built in very small private bathroom. Seven minute walk to Croke Park, 2 minute walk to Drumcondra station. Newly renovated in 2019. Double bed with Royal Coil mattress. Personal safe in room. Smart Locks enable entry with code. I'm proud to say my home was featured in Bad Sisters Season two (Grace's house) on Apple TV. It's a Coastal haven, sleeps two/ suitable for couple or single guest . Situated on its own beach, fall asleep to the song of the sea waves. Peaceful location, close to Dublin airport ( 20 mins drive) Dublin City centre 30 mins by train from Rush and Lusk station after 10 min bus journey. The bus to Dublin city is 1 hr 15 mins away..
