Situated 10 mins from the township of Winton, central Southland. We are a sheep and crop farm, good views over the paddocks from the hut deck. All the basics you need, bed, chair, table, kitchen, bathroom and then your own outside eating area and bath on the deck under the veranda. Nearest town is Winton 10 mins away , with supermarket, choice of places to eat or takeaway. Bike track and reserve between the cottage and lake. Just a 15 minute walk along the lakefront to shops and cafes.

The Fox and Fantail

A functional, comfortable tiny home close to the centre of town and the lake. Enjoy relaxing on the spacious deck. A 15 minute walk or 3 minute drive to the centre of town (1.1km) and 10 minutes walk to a great swimming spot at the lake. The property is shared with the hosts but the tiny home is self-contained. Off-street parking, in our driveway, directly in front of the tiny house. There is no TV.
