Cozy, simple living, in separate guest house w/ use of amenities (shared with our family of 4) including sauna & hot tub. The bungalow/guesthouse features a Queen bed, its own private bathroom (shower), small kitchenette (countertop oven, Keurig coffee maker & small fridge) and loveseat for relaxing. There is a dedicated separate outdoor seating area for 2 guests. 2 Adult guests ONLY, no children due to size of guesthouse and proximity to the pool. Please NO pets allowed since owners have pets

Everything you need for an amazing vacation, year-round, in our comfortable home right on the beach! Walk out the back door and dip your toes in the sand and in Long Island Sound. Enjoy spectacular views from the back patio, sun room, and most rooms in the house. Watch the sunset while soaking in the hot tub. Sit by the gas fireplace with a book. Stroll along the lovely nearby sea wall. 10-minute drive to Yale and all downtown New Haven has to offer. 5-minute drive to Lighthouse Point Park.

The space is on the ground level its about 600 square feet. Best part is its right next to the inground pool. The pool is 4-7 feet deep with a lounge area. On the ground floor we have a newly renovated kitchen (no oven), seating for 6-7 people, small dinner table, Flatscreen TV, Sectional sofa, and full bathroom. The bedroom in the lower level is about 600 sqft. In the bedroom you will find two queen size Memory Foam beds with top of the line linens. We do allow pets with a $75 pet fee.
