Our peaceful 1-bedroom guest suite has everything you need for your Dannevirke stay. We provide free continental breakfast. During your stay, you can also enjoy the convenience of the pool, private bathroom, full kitchen, secure off street parking. Our Airbnb is within driving distance to several popular restaurants, hikes, and cafes. An ideal base to explore Dannevirke. The bedroom area is located in a loft with stairs for access. We also have a friendly boxer dog who will love to say hello.

Eco Studio Retreat Maraetotara Valley

Our place is a unique architectural designed passive solar, straw bale home with recycled native wood and natural clay finish. Enjoy the warmth, peaceful feel and views of the beautiful Maraetotara valley and relax in the natural spring water hot tub. The 30 sqm studio is located within the main house, has a separate entrance, private deck and parking with EV charger. Kitchen with toaster, microwave, fridge, induction cooktop and electric BBQ on deck. Breakfast pack for the first day.

Stoneridge Farmstay is a peaceful drystock farm where you can enjoy the stunning rolling landscape of the Tararua region. Enjoy a quiet evening in the country amongst the birds and gardens, Wake up to the house cows be milked, visit the calves, sheep and our farm dog family. This family friendly two storey house is situated in the heart of Woodville. This home away from home is full of character and comfort and includes modern necessities such as Wifi. There is great indoor-outdoor flow to the private patio which catches all day sun. Woodville has several cafes, antique shops, fish & chips, tavern, petrol station/EV charger and a Four Square. Close by is the Manawatu Gorge walking/cycling trails, the Tui Brewery and popular trout fishing rivers.

Takapau Yurt Experience

Situated in the side garden by the main house on a privately owned sheep farm (42 acres). Stunning views across the valley from behind the yurt and mountain views from the beautiful native garden surrounding the house. Guest bathroom is inside the main house. Breakfast is included and dinner is available at request and additional charge from my fully licenced food truck. Local superette 5mins drive away in the village, several nearby bush walks and wineries within a 15 min drive.

Brendaville

A small peaceful town with a big heart, our town offers time away from the city. Nestled 20 minutes from Dannevirke in a quiet suburb with a domain in the backyard if you feel like a stroll and take in the view. You can grab a meal and mingle with the friendly locals at the Black Dog pub, a 5 minute walk down the road, open Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights, or stay and swing in the hammock, and cook on the BBQ if you prefer a quiet night in. Larger cities 1 hour drive away.

The Last Church in Apiti

Dawns Place

A quiet, relaxing self contained unit separate from the main house, located on the edge of Waipawa. Enjoy a drink on the deck looking out over the garden and listen to the birdsong. It's just a 10 minute walk to the shops, cafes, theatre and is handy to the cycle trails of Central Hawkes Bay. The beaches and Ruahine Ranges are not far away and it's only a 30 - 40 minute drive to Hastings or Napier.

Try out tiny home living in this fully self contained shipping container. Your stay will be private, with our main house behind a large hedge. This space has every comfort for a home away from home. Ideal as a stay in between the major cities. Large parking space, enough to fit a small truck. Best suited for 2 guests.
