Cute little home in the heart of Louisville. 1 mile from Churchill Downs and 10 mins from downtown & parts of the bourbon trail. Plant enthusiast and garden lover enjoying my slice of paradise. I work part time at a fitness studio teaching aerial yoga and barre. I have been a Licensed Massage Therapist for the past 15 years and offer massages in my spare room upstairs during your stay as well. I am an avid Airbnb renter for 7 years now & I am excited to be able to share my space with guests!

Quiet One Bedroom near Louisville KY.

Our place 25 minutes from Louisville, KY is in a small neighborhood in the Indiana countryside. It is quiet and serene, though we are an easy 10 minutes from I-64. We are 27 minutes from the Highland Festival Grounds and 24 minutes from the Ky International Convention Center and the downtown area. It takes 25-30 minutes to the airport. We access Louisville most easily via I-64 - no tolls. Our home was built in 1928 but updated, so charming and comfortable.
