This beautiful beach house sits right by the sea with direct access to the enormous sandy beach and dunes. A great space to spread and out and relax with family and friends, it is stylishly furnished and decorated, and well equipped with everything you need! It is our family holiday house, so is comfortable and welcoming - a perfect spot for anyone who wants to getaway in a really special home from home! We can often be flexible on check-in and out times to make the most of your time by the sea!

Dungeness fisherman’s cottage full of character.

Being one of the original fishermen's cottages on Dungeness, Seaview Cottage has been lovingly restored to cater for modern needs yet still maintain it's old charm with the original wood panelled interior throughout. It is perfectly situated with sea views to the front and the wild shingle beach known as 'The Desert of England' all around you. The famous RHDR miniature steam railway runs just a few strides from your front door and the Dungeness National Nature Reserve stretches out behind you.

Once a hidden gem, Botany Bay is a short walk away

Just a short walk to the beautiful sandy beach of Botany Bay. The ‘Hide-Away’ is all you need to enjoy a peaceful break by the sea. The property has off road parking with a private entrance. 2 steps lead to the entrance hall and off of this is the bathroom and the main accommodation(1 large room).A small kitchen including: electric cooker, microwave,fridge/freezer and washing machine. The queen size bed has storage. Also a small table and chairs. The property also offers a sunny courtyard.

Gorgeous, spacious, south-facing flat with stunning sea views, original features, and high ceilings. The sunrises/sets and moon reflections are breathtaking! In between St Leonards on Sea and Hastings, and 30 seconds to the beach! The bedroom has a king size bed and the living room a double sofabed. Bedding is cotton/linen washed with non toxic products. Flat is on the 3rd floor but not that many stairs and as such, sea views far from the madding crowd! There is free parking nearby

Built in the 1760s, Jubilee Cottage is a Grade II, four-storey cottage set in Deal's historic conservation area. The cottage is a pebble's throw from the beach (50 meters), and moments from Deal's High Street with its independent shops, bars and restaurants. Jubilee Cottage is furnished to create a stylish, comfortable, and relaxed space for up to four people - and with a view of the sea from the main bedroom. A great base for exploring Deal and the Kent coast, or just to relax.

The Sea Room is a glorious 2-bedroom flat situated on Marina in St. Leonards. The flat is incredibly spacious, has wonderful views and an extraordinary terrace, making it one of the most unique flats in the area. PLEASE NOTE: For those who have been following news of our building restoration, we are very happy to report that the scaffolding is now down and our beautiful views fully restored. This is a home from home but with a hotel feel experience, with exquisite views of the ocean out of the windows, its a really special place for a couple of nights or more away from home taking in the sea views. Once you walk into the apartment no small detail has been forgotten from a comfy king size bed with 100% linen bedding and a fully equipped kitchen.
