My place is close to Newmarket races , town centre , horse racing gallops , Cambridge . My place is good for solo adventurers, business travellers, and families (with kids). This is a great Private room with wet room , twin beds and a camp bed for a third guest . plus kitchen area with the essentials kettle , toaster , microwave , fridge , it also has a single electric hob . It is a quiet location and separate from the main house , there is a back gate entrance ,use car park in scaltback drive.

The Cabin

Our cabin is a very cosy place to stay with en-suite facilities, double bed, satelite TV, microwave and tea and coffee. Situated in the grounds of Manor Cottage, which is one of the few original remaining buildings of the Manor built in the late 16th century. There is a downhill gravel driveway and onsite parking, Center of Mildenhall town, surrounded by bars, restaurants and nature walks. Some breakfast items included. This cabin is idealy suited for one person, but also equiped for two.

Fully refurbished. No.3 is a charming grade two listed, comfortable two bedroom house situated in the market town of Soham, overlooked by St Andrews church. A timeless Neptune pallete, large master bedroom with double oak sleigh bed. Twin bedroom with solid Cotswold Company beds. Mood lighting, music and steam in the indulgent Insignia luxury shower cabin. Close to Ely, Newmarket races and Wicken Fen. No allocated parking or parking directly outside property but free on street parking!

Sympathetically converted stables, with lots of natural light, open beams and under floor heating. Large kitchen with Bosch appliances, secure fenced gardens at front and rear with seating and dining areas. Very close to Newmarket, 15 minutes from Cambridge Park and Ride Newmarket Rd, central location in the village. A peaceful place to stay

Private Detached Annex in Isleham Village

Set on the outskirts of Isleham a quiet village this was part of the village bakery, now been converted into a detached annex. With its own entrance, room for parking, you can come and go as you please. Kitchen with hob, microwave, oven & grill. Fridge, kettle, toaster & Smart TV included. The village has three pubs, a Co-op & Chinese takeaway all within walking distance. Good for walks around the local Marina or down The River Lark. Newmarket 20mins drive, Ely & Cambridge 30mins drive.

New for 2024 New Park Farm Lodge is Just a short walk from the village of West Row. There is off-road parking. The local area is a haven for walkers with quick access to the wonderful River Lark walk via the designated footpaths located just a few hundred meters away. A walk long river to local pub or a stroll through the village to the Fish and Chip Shop and store. Close to Newmarket, Mildenhall, Bury St Edmunds and Ely Please note this accommodation is only for 2 people and 2 dogs.

Easy access from the A14, at the Newmarket junction. Recently renovated cottage set back slightly from road, with 1 king size bed and one double bed. Fully equipped kitchen and outdoor space. A good base to visit Newmarket(2 miles), Cambridge (13 miles) or even a trip to the coast as Felixstowe is under an hour away. Not suitable for children as the stairs are steep. One parking space available at the bottom of the garden. Three local pubs within walking distance.
