A peaceful, rural location in a beautiful area surrounded by farmland. The accommodation is a self-contained private annexe attached to our home with an entrance exclusively for guests’ use. Two bedrooms with double beds, bath/shower room plus kitchenette/diner with access and views over our flower garden. Basic breakfast included. Superfast Wifi. Excellent walking/cycling from the house. Well placed for visits to Cotswold villages, Bath, Bristol, Gloucester and Cheltenham by car or by train.

Cosy cottage in the heart of the Cotswolds

Set in the peaceful garden of the main house this charming detached cottage offers privacy in a picturesque Cotswold village. The 16th-century Wild Duck Pub is a 5 minute walk and the Thames path just 2 minutes away. Cirencester, the capital of the Cotswold is 5 minutes by car with boutique shops, cafes and restaurants. Kemble Station (1 mile) has direct trains to London. Water sports, lakes, beautiful villages and countryside are all nearby. The beautiful city of Bath is a 40 min drive.

The North Transept

The North Transept is part of our converted Victorian Gothic church. We've done all the conversion ourselves - the high ceilings and beautiful Gothic windows make it a unique space. It's in a small hamlet in a beautiful hidden valley surrounded by fields; there's lovely walking from the door and lots of local wildlife including roe and muntjac deer, pheasants, red kites and owls. It's easy to get to a wide range of local attractions like Lacock and Avebury and only half an hour to Bath.

Whether you'd love to chill in your own peaceful garden, enjoy exhilarating sports in the Forest, explore the castle-rich borderlands of Wales or just need some peace to work with good wifi connections, this apartment, easily accessed by a ramp, would be ideal. We live across the garden should you need any help. Overlooking the treetops of the adjacent orchard, towards the beautiful Wye Valley and onward to the Forest of Dean, Treetops is a newly refurbished retreat for two people

The Wendy House with Breakfast Basket & Hot Tub

Feel refreshed when you stay in this rustic gem. The Wendy House is a newly refurbished straw and timber construction studio in Parkend with hot tub, a basket breakfast is provided. It is self sufficient having its own entrance and off road parking, at the bottom of the owner's garden. It is in an enviable position backing onto & adjacent to the forest in unspoilt countryside where wild boar and deer can be seen. Cycle trails and walking trails are immediately accessible.

The Stables: Cozy cottage with views and a hot tub

A very cozy detached cottage with incredible views over the rolling Welsh countryside. The open plan living space comprises of a Kitchen with full amenities, a sitting room, with a comfy sofa and a log burner. The bedroom has a very comfy King Size bed and a TV. The bathroom boasts a large shower and a double-ended roll top slipper bath. Outside is a large decking area with your own personal Hot Tub to relax in after taking on some of the many walks in the areas.

Luxury Shepherd's Hut in The Cotswolds

Sans Souci is a bespoke Shepherd's hut, lovingly hand built to an incredibly high spec. Completed in April 2021, it has a double bed, and double sofa bed. There is a well-equipped kitchen, a shower room with sink and compost toilet, and a log burning stove. There are far reaching views of the Cotswold hills, which can be taken in from the South-facing deck. Enjoy al fresco meals, cooking over the fire pit in the garden or walks galore in the local countryside.

Little Oak - romantic & spacious, Forest of Dean

This is our newly built light and airy self contained guesthouse set in the beautiful Forest of Dean. It's the perfect location for exploring all that the forest has to offer. We are on the edge of the village of Bream and you can access the forest from the lane opposite, straight down a path and you're into the woods. It's a great spot for walking and mountain biking. We live in the cottage next door and share the off road parking.

Woodcutters Cottage at Copthorne Farm

A luxury hideaway in the grounds of an old cider producing Herefordshire farmhouse, Woodcutters Cottage provides a great base to explore this Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty in the Wye Valley. Cheltenham Racecourse is within easy reach for the Festival in March as well as other festivals for the non-horsey throughout the year - jazz, science and literary. Hay festival is also close enough to use this gorgeous cottage as a base.
