Beachbum is steps from beach. 5-10 minute walk to beach. Neighborhood is golf cart friendly with very little traffic. Small neighborhood which has 2 pools, one of which is heated and tennis/pickle ball courts. Our home amenities includes numerous amenities to make your vacation as relaxing as possible. My one bedroom and one and a half bath bungalow is located in Bay to Breakers which is a private street that offers beach access to the Gulf, community pool area and a long fishing pier on Mobile Bay. My unit features an upstairs bedroom with balcony with great views of the Gulf. The kitchen is well equipped with counter eating area, WiFi, cable TV in living area and bedroom and washer/dryer. There is a gas grill with outdoor seating. Beach Chairs & Umbrellas for guests use.

The upgraded kitchen features granite counters and lots of prep area for those family vacation meals. The master bath has a soaking tub with a separate walk-in shower. Secondary suite has a King guest room with private bath. The third guest room has two bunks (twin over full). Pier is shared with our neighbor to the south, it is NOT a community pier. Enjoy the private beach, which is ideal for the kids and pups alike. There is a fenced kennel for the pups.
