Beautiful 1500 sq foot cottage on 1/2 acre. This property is nestled in the pines off hwy 180. 3 miles from snowbowl and also 3 miles from downtown flagstaff. Perfect for a small family to enjoy all the local attractions. Top and bottom floor have separate entrances. Up stairs entrance has the stairs leading to it, down stairs you access thru garage. If you have young children you might not be comfortable with them sleeping downstairs. Only access to downstairs is thru garage.

It is approximately 4 miles northwest of I-40 & Rt 66, making it a quiet location away from the train & freeway noise. Parks has about 1500 residents and is between Flagstaff & Williams. The Grand Canyon is just an hour north of Williams as well. Firewood included for wood stove & outdoor fire pit.
