Flagstaff is a wonderful place to hike, bike and other outdoor activities. The studio is comfortable & cozy stay for couples/solo travelers. Enjoy fresh air from your private deck, entrance & parking . Very private but comfort of your hosts next door should you have any needs. We are convenient to freeways, this does bring some noise but otherwise a quiet neighborhood, sound machine provided. *Host is allergic to pets, so in addition to our no pet policy, we cannot accommodate service animals.

Easy 15 minute walk to downtown and minutes to the Flagstaff Urban Trail. Sleeps 2 in a queen bed and 2 on full size futon (pillows and sleeping bags provided for futon, or linens are available upon request). Street parking on cul de sac during spring and summer, parking in driveway during winter.
