Renting my home, you’ll be 15 minutes from Kongens Nytorv, Nørreport Station, the airport and Amager Beach. It’s a family-friendly area close to the metro (M2) and bus 31 to Copenhagen Central Station. You’ll have the entire apartment to yourself. Some personal belongings will remain stored in the apartment while renting. As a host, I’m a heavy metal fan, and some decor may be perceived as provocative or offensive, especially from a religious perspective. Please keep this in mind when booking.

The apartment is perfectly located in a quiet neighbourhood close to green spaces, cafées, supermarkets, bakeries, and food options + a shopping mall. Easy and close access to public transport aswell as bike rent. Amager Beach and Park (Amager Strandpark) is walking distance and is the perfect place for a stroll or a swim no matter the season. The apartment is calm, clean, light and very homey.

Din familie vil være tæt på alt, når I bor i denne centralt beliggende bolig. Beliggende på stille villavej med kun 4 min. gang til metro - som på bare 12 min tager jer til Kbh k, 4 min. gang til indkøb og Fields, 10 min. gang til naturskønne Amager Fælled. Villaen har en lækker have med pool og spa samt grill. Skal I opleve København og samtidig trække jer tilbage i rolige omgivelser når byen er blevet udforsket er dette den helt rigtige ejendom. From here, you can reach the beautiful Kämpinge Beach as well as the shops and restaurants in Höllviken by bike in just 10 minutes. Härifrån når du vackra Kämpingestranden samt butiks- och restaurangutbudet i Höllviken med cykel på 10 minuter.

Enkelt boende på 55 kvm med trädgård och grillplats. I boendet finns det plats för förvaring, badrum med separat toalett och dusch, tvättmaskin, kök, kylskåp samt frys och allt man behöver för att laga mat. Gratis parkering precis utanför boendet för flera bilar (även husbil). Stor trädgård med massa fruktträd, bärbuskar, damm, grillplats. OBS! City centre: One room apt. (studio) on the 6th floor (elevator, don't worry) with big balcony overlooking one of the central lakes. All sights within walking distance. Sleeps two, BUT ONLY IF YOU LOVE EACH OTHER – the 120 cm wide futon is now equipped with top mattress so guests no longer get back-aches. Smoking on the balcony – only – is okay. And no, I don't have any more photos :-) Check-in and check-out at 11 noon unless other arrangements have been made.
