We have just finished refurbishing this self-contained cottage. It is located in a quiet cul-de-sac, in the centre of a rural village so is very quiet. Walking distance to local cafes, supermarket, parks, pub, post office, parks, golf course, tennis courts. It is completely self contained with a kitchen, bathroom, bedroom/loungeroom with TV/DVD, air conditioning, ceiling fan. Northerly aspect so drenched in sun but fully insulated to keep you cosy on chilly nights. Off street car parking.

Built with recycled timbers and antique building materials it looks like it has been there for more than a century. It has just been fully renovated and has all new appliances. With garden at the front and tranquil pastures opposite, it is comfortable & private. It has floor to ceiling windows revealing delightful rural and distant mountain views, yet it is only a few minutes from Kiama's gorgeous town centre, beaches and coastal delights. A walking and cycle path with panoramic views sets out from the property.

Our Tiny House is tucked into a secluded corner of our 80 acre property, adjacent to the rainforest. It has a stunning view of the escarpment and abundant wildlife around. It is totally off-grid. It has it's own solar system, water tanks collecting roof water with filters, hot water with an outdoor bath, a self composting toilet (not smelly) and a firepit.
