We have regular visits from red squirrels, pine martens, deer (behind the garden fence) as they eat my plants and over 23 species of birds during the year.

The distance to Loch Ness is 8 miles. There is a local grocery shop and Post Office in the village of Kiltarlity, and there is also a small tea room which serves home baking.
