Upstairs, queen bdr. and 1/2 bath. Private outdoor deck. Outdoor shower too! Beach chairs & towels, tote, cooler, umbrella, hair blower, iron. We care about the details like ironed sheets, good pillows, new mattress, & fluffy towels.! We don't provide parking & discourage bringing a car. Parking at a premium in season.

“Somer Sweet” is Moments Away to the Beach!

So close to the beach! 2nd floor apt with private entrance decorated with vacation in mind offering an open living, dining and kitchenette area with cathedral ceilings. Beautiful bedroom with a queen bed, bureau and closet. A hall bathroom with a new tiled shower and vanity with marble top. In the hallway is a laundry area with full size washer/dryer. 2nd floor private entrance is located over our two bay garage which is attached to our home. Super location just .2m to beach road!

You're a short 10 min walk from Edgartown's amazing restaurants & shops, in addition to a short bike ride to Katama's famous South Beach or Oak Bluff's State Beach. Both easily accessible via bike paths.

My place is close to the Bike Path, Edgartown, South Beach, Katama General Store, Katama Farm, Edgartown Lighthouse, great views. Take the bike path either direction for all of the island's attractions. You’ll love my place because of the Renovated Kitchen, Renovated Bathrooms, Comfortable Furniture, Convenience to Everything, Outdoor Shower, Deck. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and families (with kids).

This private beach cottage offers comfort and style. Oversized 2nd floor bedroom with queen bed (Designer quilts) full bath and shower (in and out) Nicely furnished over 900 sf and And immaculately kept. Nice grill And sitting area in back. And please Use the built in pool! It sits equi-distant 1.5 miles to downtown Edgartown and south beach. And convenient 5 min walk to bike path or bus route. Perfect location!
