The neighborhood is very safe and does have a HOA so no parties or disruptive behavior. Please be respectful of the neighborhood. We adore our cozy little place.

The home has been beautifully updated with wood floors on both levels, upgraded stainless appliances, and granite counters in the kitchen. The open and spacious first floor provides great flow and usable space. All bedrooms are quite spacious and the master suite showcases a beautiful deep tray ceiling.
