Relax with the whole family at this peaceful setting. This two bedroom cabin is steps away from 200 feet of lakefront on Lake Champlain. Boat ramp, dock and mooring are available – see guest access section for details. Many non-motorized watercraft are available for your use – two standup paddle boards, paddle boat, two person sea kayak, fishing kayak, canoe, and a rowboat. AC only in downstairs bedroom.  Three night minimum off season. One week minimum July and August, Saturday to Saturday.

The dock is available to tie up a boat, or to just sit and relax and enjoy the scenic views, and sounds of nature. Two kayaks are available to use to tour around lake carmi. Please be careful, and be sure to wear a life jacket!
