The little house

Relax and enjoy this cozy little house located centrally in Richland Wa. at the foothills of Badger and Candy mountain. We are near shopping, restaurants, wineries and easy access to the Highway. We have some of the best wineries in the country. Lots of fun hiking trails and outdoor water recreation. The little house has a queen murphy bed, and another queen bed in the loft. It’s designed for 1-4 guests. Kitchenette includes fridge, microwave, toaster, Keurig, blender and electric skillet.

Walk to river park. 5 min to downtown, PNNL, Kadlec, WSU. 15 min to Toyota Center, Convention Center, wineries, PSC airport. This quiet garden-level suite has its own private entrance (we live upstairs) and feels tucked away among trees, yet close to everything. Unwind by the wood fireplace, sink into a cloud-soft queen bed, relax on the shaded patio, and enjoy generous comforts including an in-unit washer/dryer.

NOTE: this is a basement walk-out apartment underneath our family’s living space. While we have gone to extensive lengths to eliminate sound transfer, you may still hear occasional footsteps above (especially 7-9 am and 5-7 pm).
