There is great hiking/xc skiing in our huge back yard (Sunrise trail/Maine reserve land) Rustic farm apartment with full kitchen, breakfast foods provided first day. Farm veg can be bought in season & our own wine, jam, hot sauce, maple syrup. Can accommodate 6 folks, one in a cupola! Hot shower & heat. There is a sawdust compost toilet-Easy to use & no smell! Edgewater is centrally located off of Route 1 (Schoodic Scenic By-way) in Sullivan Harbor. You can enjoy our beach and picnic tables on the wharf while surrounded by amazing views. You will find a tennis court just a short walk up our driveway. Nearby there are restaurants and dining, local hiking trails, and Acadia National Park. There are 2 other small cabins plus larger ones available that can accommodate families. In July and August there is a 7 night minimum stay from Sat. to Sat.

The Maine Getaway - Lakefront with Beach

If you are looking for a place to get away and relax, our house on Molasses Pond may be a good fit for you/your family. It is a hidden gem down a dirt road away from hustle and bustle. Peace and quiet is what you’ll find, along with a gorgeous view. It’s a great place for swimming, kayaking, paddle boarding, grilling, fishing, and laying on the hammock. We try to provide you with all the necessities you may need and are happy to answer any questions. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do!

We call this cabin the "Wild Blueberry Cabin." It is located in Eastbrook, Maine, wild blueberry country. You have private access to Abrams Pond, a great place to fish, swim, kayak and relax. You are a 45 minute car ride to Acadia National Park. Nearby shopping, antiquing, hiking and exploring all that Maine has to offer. Stay for a weekend, a week or more in this beautiful cabin. Everything you need for a great family vacation or a relaxing getaway is included.

10 X 12 Rustic Cabins. Two twin beds in each cabin. Each cabin includes two Adirondack Chairs, Firepit, small table, and two chairs indoors, 2 LED powered lanterns and 1 fan, 5 gallons of potable water, simple outdoor kitchen table, a picnic table, propane on demand shower house, The bathroom facility is port-o-Potty shared with the other cabin or a compostable toilet. Both options are available. These are OFF the grid. No power or water in the two cabins.

Cottage 14 is a quaint rustic cottage with one king bed, a full bath with shower, A/C, mini-fridge, cable, television, iron/ironing board, hairdryer, coffee pot, microwave, and free Wi-Fi. As with all guests who join our Ohana, there is full access to the indoor kitchen downstairs in the main building, the outdoor kitchen and grill, full access to the common use hot tub, and the bonfire pit on the back lawn.
