This amazing house is close to the beach and The Plantation Resort and many amenities. You’ll love the house because of the finishes are outstanding, the beds are comfortable and the house is tranquil, while still being inside the coveted Omni Plantation Resort. The house is good for couples and families (with kids). While access to Omni Resort pools is not available, miles of trails, recreation facilities, amazing restaurants and world-class golfing are all for your enjoyment.

Welcome to Fairway Oaks on the marshside of the gated Amelia Island Plantation! This updated villa is right on the Oak Marsh Championship Golf Course and is also a short drive away from the private beach access points. Dogs are considered but must be approved by management as there are restrictions. Guests must agree to certain terms and the required pet fee is $150 (plus 12% tax.)
