From the west sliding doors and the built in window seat you have stunning views of the Remarkables. The kitchen is large and fully equipped, You can spread out over two living spaces. Can enjoy indoor and outdoor dining with exceptional views. The three bedrooms are on two levels, and one has a flexible set-up. There is one full bathroom and a second toilet. We are located between the airport and the city.

This is the whole of the upstairs of the house. There are 2 studio apartments below, they are locked off from the rest of the house which may be rented separately during your stay.

We call our house The Billiards Room because it was designed and built around a full-sized billiards table. This was a labour of love by a retired builder who used recycled materials to create a home with real character and charm. Modernised with style, it's a wonderful holiday home, summer and winter, still owned by the family of the builder. Even somewhere as beautiful as Queenstown, guests often prefer just to stay in.
