From the west sliding doors and the built in window seat you have stunning views of the Remarkables. We call our house The Billiards Room because it was designed and built around a full-sized billiards table. This was a labour of love by a retired builder who used recycled materials to create a home with real character and charm. Modernised with style, it's a wonderful holiday home, summer and winter, still owned by the family of the builder. Even somewhere as beautiful as Queenstown, guests often prefer just to stay in. Serious.

Built in 2024, 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom house located close to The Remarkables. There is full privacy and your own seperate side entrance to the unit. A cozy, warm stay with full underfloor heating and air conditioning unit for your comfort. The guest unit is attached to our main family home (so please be aware you may hear us on occasion).
