My wife and I are offering the lower 2 remodeled levels of our lovely house with a private entrance that is located in the Heart of Frederick, but feels like a country retreat! Beautiful gardens surround the house with mature fruit trees and a peaceful retreat area with a firepit and barbeque grill. We are a 5 minute drive by car to the center of historic Frederick and have 2 bikes that you can use to bike into town! Private bath, 2 TV's, refrigerator, microwave and coffee/tea maker included.

Our beautiful historic home on our working goat farm is a perfect spot for exploring Loudoun County! Just over an hour from DC and Baltimore, close to many wineries, breweries, and restaurants in a peaceful rural setting. The house is split in two, one half is occupied by our family, the other is for you! Guests have a private entrance, 3 bedrooms (2 with queen beds, 1 with a queen and 2 twins), a morning room with a kitchenette and cozy couch, and a beautiful front porch for drinking coffee.

While we live on the bottom 2 levels, we’d love to welcome you to your own private apartment on the 3rd floor. “Oliver’s Retreat” is lovely and is comprised of 4 rooms...a family room, full kitchenette, full bathroom with shower, and a queen bedroom. The front door is shared, but once inside, the stairs (32 total) lead directly up to your completely private apartment. We have a keyless keypad for your privacy.
