Fantastic flat with a balcony

The flat is totally renovated 6 years ago and has last year become upgrated with a lovely balcony. The interiour is modern / classic with nice furniture and lights. The philosophy is that you shall feel at home as soon as your coat is in the wardrobe and the candles are lit. Smoking is prohibited. There is a kitchen/diningroom in open connection with a living-room, 1 master bedroom and 1 small bedroom with 1 bed ( possibi- lity of drawing another bed from underneath it), 1 bathroom and a hall. In the bathroom is a combined washingmachine/tumbledryer and in the kitchen is a dishwashing-machine. From the the kitchen/diningroom there is a new big balcony. The flat has a central position for all kinds of doings near by busses and Metro, lots of shops, restaurants and cafés. There are recreative areas in reachable distance such as Frederiksberg Gardens and the Zoo. You reach Tivoli in 10 minutes time by bus fron door to door. You can park in the streets in the neighburhood,- and it is free in the week-ends. You can buy a day-parkingbill in the kiosk down under for Dkr 35,- per 24 hours. Are you coming by air or train there are bus and Metro connections.

Lejligheden har stort køkkenalrum, rummeligt soveværelse med latex kvalitetsmadras, stor og hyggelig altan + fælles gårdhave. Fint privat toilet og fint privat badeværelse med brusekabine. I'm a Danish guy Living in my charming apartment on Vesterbro, in the heart of Copenhagen. The apartment is decorated in a cozy style and in case of rainy days, there is a home cinema with a 85" tv in the bedroom. The location is simply AMAZING, and you can enjoy a relaxing day on the balcony. The metro line is close by making it very easy to get around town. Normally I live in the apartment myself, so all of my belongings are there. Hidden away in the mirror cabinets, which will be locked.

Enjoy a stay in our lovely apartment located in the center of Copenhagen (Nørrebro). Close to the city center, but in the cool area of the city. Lots of young people live here and trendy shops and restaurants are right around the corner. The apartment is located on a quiet street called Kronborggade on the 4th floor (no elevator), but runs parallel to the very hip street Jægersborggade and from the livingroom and balcony you can enjoy the beautiful park view. No pets or parties allowed.

Located on Frederiksberg C, right next to the lakes, you are close to everything Copenhagen has to offer. 5 min walk to Vesterbro, 5 min walk to Nørrebro and 10 min walk to Strøget (the main shopping street). On top, you have Forum Metro 6 min away and the main central station 10 min away walking distance. The building was fully renovated in May 2017 with only luxurious apartments. My home has everything and a little bit more to offer whether you are here for business or pleasure.

It is facing the courtyard, but with an open window you can still hear the rich city life in the background The neighborhood is filled with cafes, bars and shopping opportunities. The famous street "Strøget" is an arms length from the apartment, and runs through the entire midtown. It is perfect for a couple. It has a 200 x 180 bed in the bedroom and a new sleep sofa.
