Dune Villa - Santa Rosa Beach /30-A

Dune Villa is located on the west end of 30-A. Our stand alone guest house has a private entrance with guest parking, full kitchen, laundry, queen size bed, bathroom and outdoor shower. Beach chairs/umbrella, beach towels, cooler, and two bicycles are provided. Just around the corner from Stinky’s Fish Camp, Santa Rosa Golf Club, Topsail State Park, Coastal Dune Lakes and Gulf Place Town Center. The perfect vacation rental for quick trips to the beach, business trips, or an extended vacation.

The Bay gives our guests more of a locals feel without all the tourists but still easy access to the beautiful beaches. Wake up to fish jumping, birds flying and if you keep an eye out, dolphins feeding. Enjoy finishing, kayaking and paddle boarding right outside your back door. Take the water over to North Beach Social or The Bay to grab a bite to eat.
