Quiet & serene retreat for adults 21 years of age or older located in California Gold County on ranch property - a little more than a mile from highway 140, which is the route to the west entrance of Yosemite Valley. The property is situated in the rolling hills and oak trees of Catheys Valley. The sunrise and sunsets are gorgeous and the night sky has an unobstructed view of the stars.

The cottage is also a perfect location for a peaceful getaway where you can spend time simply relaxing amidst classic California scenery: oaks, pines, and the ever-changing skies.

Our solar-powered guest cottage is an architect-designed tiny home for 2, in a peaceful rural area. It is just 28 minutes from beautiful Kings Canyon National Park. There is a view of meadows and guests are welcome to stroll the half-mile around and view the sheep, dogs and horses. Birdlife is abundant and nearby is Cat Haven ( featuring lions, snow leopards etc.). Yosemite is within reach for a day trip. We have a great coffee shop 2 minutes away! Sorry, no assistance animals (see house rules)

This farm apt is nestled behind a wrought iron fence next to a beautiful and peaceful grassy area and some large swings. We are just 3 miles west Hwy of 99 and 6 miles from Fresno. It’s a perfect spot for a Yosemite or Sequoias National Park stop. We grow grapes and can give a tour of our small farm if time permits. Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families. We charge $25 per night for surprise guests.
