Located on the canal with direct view to the water. The bedroom/workspace are located at the back and are very quiet. Kreuzberg is one of the city's most lively areas. A street market takes place directly in front of the apartment on Tuesdays and Fridays with fresh fruit and vegetables as well as ready made food while on Saturdays you can buy all sorts of handicraft. Kottbusser Tor station (5 minute walk) connects north, south, east and west without the need to change.

Unsere frisch-renovierte Wohnung in der ersten Etage lädt im modernen Stil zum Verweilen ein. Ebenfalls bieten wir einen Abholservice nach Absprache (bis 20km Umkreis) f. einen Aufpreis an. Pool sowie Whirlpool (draußen überdacht) gibt es bei uns natürlich auch und ist inklusive. Bitte uns vorher dazu ansprechen. 😊

The Rooms with a View apartment sits with unobstructed views of the Havel River and Naturpark Westhavelland, a nature reserve and bird sanctuary. The 45m² apartment sleeps three comfortably, the two front rooms have windows overlooking the river, and the entire apartment is decorated with original artwork, including handmade quilts and hand-knotted rugs. In the beautiful city of Potsdam, directly at the park Sanssouci and right across from Schloss' Charlottenhof you will find our villa built around 1850. The holiday apartment on the ground floor is spacious and family-friendly. Bed linen and towels are provided accordingly. Within walking distance you can reach the supermarket and a bakery or café for breakfast. Dogs are welcome here. We are looking forward to your interest!

We are located just 1 minutes walk from a transport hub, shopping district, bars + restaurants ... and walking distance to Berlin's Tempelhofer Feld + parks + canals.

Groß und Bunt+Sauna

Wir haben wieder mal die Ärmel hochgekrempelt und die über 80 m2 grosse Melkerwohnung im Obergeschoss unseres Wohnhauses fit gemacht. Wichtig war uns die Nutzung von bestenden historischen Möbeln und Bauteilen, sowie die Verwendung von naturlichen Baustoffen: Kalkputz, Holz aus dem eigenen Wald, Holzfaserdämmplatten, Leinöl, Holzfenster... Herausgekommen ist eine großzügige Wellneswohnung mit einigen Überraschungen.
