Our beautiful 3 bed cottage is traditional brick and flint. Located in Docking, a 5 minute drive from the glorious beaches of North Norfolk and well served by high standard eateries and shops locally. Sleeping 6 in 3 rooms all on the first floor. The ground floor comprises of a high spec kitchen and dining area, laundry room and lounge with log burner. 2 bathrooms, one with freestanding stone bath and a ground floor wetroom with walk in shower. Secure front and rear gardens with BBQ and seating.

There are excellent pubs and restaurants just a short distance from the cottage. It is a short stroll to the Bircham Deli / Café, The Kings Head pub and Bircham Windmill. There are many walks close by, which take you through farmland and countryside. The Peddars Way and North Norfolk Coast Path are a short drive from the cottage.
