Meine Wohnung befindet sich in einem historischen Gebäude, das einst die alte Rathausdruckerei beherbergte. Sie bietet 130 m² mit hohen Decken, großem, offenen Wohnbereich mit Zugang zum Garten/Terasse und luxuriöser Küche - alles im Erdgeschoss. Ein eigener PKW- Einstellplatz ist dirkekt bei der Wohnung und auch bequem über die Terasse zu erreichen. Alle Einnahmen über airbnb werden übrigens ausschließlich genutzt, um die Wohnung NOCH mehr aufzuwerten! Genießt eure Auszeit - ruhig und zentral!

Das hochwertig und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtete 120 m² große Loft bietet Platz für bis zu vier Personen. Natürlich kannst du auch den gesamten Gutshof erkunden. Hier leben wir gemeinsam mit unseren Hunden, Pferden und Katzen – ein besonderes Erlebnis für alle, die das Landleben schätzen, ohne auf Komfort verzichten zu wollen.

Dit heerlijk appartement, gelegen op de eerste etage, heeft een prachtig uitzicht over de landerijen, ligt direct aan het water en biedt volop privacy. Via de voordeur komt u in een ruime hal waar u de trap oploopt en binnenkomt in het appartement. Via de gang bereikt u de slaapkamer met een comfortabel tweepersoons boxspringbed. Tegenover de slaapkamer is het toilet met daarnaast de ruime badkamer. Aan het eind van de gang is de ruime sfeervolle woonkamer met keuken en ook twee slaapplekken.

Hof von Donnerschwee / App Helene

Der 1937 erstmals erwähnte und später erbaute Hof von Donnerschwee liegt im Nordosten der Stadt Oldenburg und war das erste Siedlungshaus am Platz. Der Stadtteil Donnerschwee ist aus einem alten Bauerndorf hervorgegangen, das vermutlich seit dem 9. Jahrhundert bestand. Die Umgebung besticht durch seine Nähe zu den Donnerschweer Wiesen und seinen wunderschönen Rad- und Spazierwegen. Trotzdem sind die alltäglichen Dinge des Bedarfs innerhalb weniger Minuten zu Fuß oder per pedes erreichbar.

Two room appartment, located in the old city center of Purmerend. The shops, bars and restaurants are less then 50 meters from the appartment. Checkin is self checkin with key safe. Excellent bus connection to Amsterdam downtown ( 19 min.) 2 to 8 times an hour. Or to the main Subway hub in Amsterdam North ( 16 min) .The busstop is at less then 90 meters from the apartment. By car 19 minutes to central station. Exellent location for bicycling, the Beemster polder is just 500 meters away.
