We offer 4 different types rooms [Ume(梅) Momiji(椛) Sakura(桜) Tsubaki(椿)] depending on the group size (a child counted as 1 person, only aged 6 and up acceptable). We can keep your luggage free of charge before you check-in and after check-out. We also do a bicycle hire, which is very convenient for cycling around Lake Kawaguchi looking over Mt. This washitsu* has a Japanese low table and zabutons* on tatami* flooring,shoji* screen. You sleep on futons* lay on the tatami and sit directly on the tatami or on zabutons set on the tatami. We are a smoke-free hostel. All rooms are no smoking. This is a newly refurbished modern Japanese style hostel in Kawaguchiko. The Japanese Style Tatami Room (room size 10㎡) has 3 sets of Futon mattress and duvet for the maximum of 3 people. It is located about 10 minutes away on foot from Kawaguchiko station. We provide the following amenities: shampoo, conditioner, body soap, hairdryer, clothing hangers, Wi-Fi, laundry machines and car park. Our private room features 1 or 2 futon beds on traditional tatami floors. The shared areas include bathrooms, dining space and a work/lounge/library area. The hostel Saruya Hostel opened in 2015 in Fujiyoshida, a city at the bottom of Mt Fuji.
