The home is an adorable cottage perfect for both a romantic getaway or a family/friends retreat. Enjoy views of the small orchard on the 3 acre wooded property from the large deck and two firepits. The Orchard Cottage is a great base to explore local wineries, hiking, and nearby Bryce Resort. Conveniently located 2 hrs from DC, 45 minutes from Harrisonburg, and only 12 minutes from Bayse/Bryce Ski Resort. Only a 15 min drive to I-81 to conveniently access all the Shenandoah Valley has to offer

You will be 10 miles from Harrisonburg - home of EMU, JMU and many dining options- and close to Shenandoah National Park, hiking trails, five local caverns, vineyards and cideries, and other popular destinations. Toys, games, and books available to keep the whole family entertained!

Pondside Paradise

Welcome to our family’s little getaway. Our 12x20 ft cabin sits beside a 2.5 acre pond. Savor the evening beside a campfire listening to the nightfall on our Valley or from the porch swing. The tiny house/cabin is 2 story with a small but full kitchen (complete with refrigerator, stove, microwave, & coffee maker) and the sleeping area upstairs. Please note that if you have mobility issues our place might not be right for you. Relax and enjoy being unplugged (no TV or Wi-Fi)
