Welcome to the historic Bergen house, dating back to around 1780, located in the charming Sandviken area just a stone's throw from the bustling city center among local residents. You'll have the entire house to yourself, complete with a cozy outdoor terrace. The property is secluded from street noise, tucked away in a small alley. Its convenient location offers easy access to supermarkets, a bus stop, hiking trails, and city bike parking. Additionally, you can find paid street parking nearby.

Seafront retreat - pier, boatrental & fishing camp

You will have full access to the whole downstairs apartment of 125m2 in total. 3 bedrooms and a large living room stands at your disposal. Outside you have your own private backyard with lots of outdoor games. From the pier you can fish, rent boat or swim. There is a 98l freezer box where you can store the fish you catch or any other food. Through our boat rental company, we are a lisenced fish camp. This means you can export up to 18kg of fish per fisherman with you out of Norway.

Herfra kan dere nyte en fantastisk utsikt helt til Nordsjøen, med solnedgang i horisonten over Algrøy. Når det blåser på havet kan du se hvit sjøsprøyt oppover holmer og skjær helt vest til Løno. Welcome in my hut by the lake :-) Here you can enjoy the peace of nature, go fishing, hiking, sit on the terasse or simply read a book. Bergen is 30 min drive by car, bus availabe 1 km walk from the house. I speak English, German and Norwegian.
