The Blue Cottage

Remodeled 2nd floor of Country Cottage on the edge of town. Private entrance, 1 bedroom w/ Queen bed, eat in kitchen, bathroom, livingroom and use of outdoor firepit. Walking distance to Ghost Town Trail, Memorial Park, Ebensburg town square, community swimming pool, Legends Gym, Nathan's Divide Water Shed and Lake Rowena Park. Area colleges include, Saint Francis Univ, Mount Aloysius College, Univ of Pittsburgh Johnstown, Indiana Univ of Pa, Penn State Univ, and Penn State Altoona.

This is a carriage house where you will feel very comfortable in the newly renovated home. It is secluded and peaceful with beautiful wooded views but a quick drive to grocery stores and restaurants. Walking up a set of steps will feel a little like a house in the sky. It overlooks the mountains. There is a beautiful deck to sit outside and enjoy that view and the peace and quiet. There is a fire pit located on the property to continue that cleansing of all stress and worries.

Orchard Guesthouse

Private, cozy cottage with lots of extras. Wake up after a comfortable night's sleep to a breakfast of eggs from our chickens, prepared in a well-appointed kitchen. Kitchen, bath & bedroom refreshed in 2026. After a day of sightseeing relax on the patio with a glass of wine & dinner prepared on the grill. We've also incorporated some elements of Altoona's history into the home.
