A brand new design concept apartment ARGO is situated right in the historic center (Plekhanovi) of Tbilisi. All the sightseeings of Old Town, galleries, theaters, flea market, antique shops, cafes&restaurants, are within a walking distance. The flat is ideal for a couple, family with 2 kids or 4 friends. The apartment overlooks an ancient historic Tbilisi yard and a quiet street. Come to experience the mystery of the legend about the Argonauts & Goddess Medea and make your stay unforgettable.

Industrial Apartment in the Old Town

The industrial apartment, built in 1908, is located in the historic old town of Tbilisi, just a ten-minute stroll from Freedom Square. The decor retains the authentic charm of the old town and adds a modern touch to it. The building next door was being renovated for couple of months, but the work has been finished. We had a temporary problem with the central heating (two heaters were not fully heating up) but we solved it. We also purchased an additional electric heater in case of necessity.

AIR CONDITIONING HAS BEEN ADDED IN THE BEDROOM. You will be staying in the vintage loft, located on the top floor of a 1930s stone-built building, with a private terrace and beautiful views. Floor to ceiling windows provide plenty of sunshine, but there are also heavy curtains for daytime dreamers:)

Renovated, high-ceiling, full of light, spacious apartment in the landmark - Hotel de Londres, opened in 1875. The building features breathtaking staircase and is located in the heart of the city, surrounded with parks, museums, Dry Bridge, Presidential Palace, 10 minutes walk to the Old City. High-speed Wifi for remote workers, no ethernet cable, but the Wifi is pretty fast!

Apartment is also well located for transport Metro Freedom Square & Rustaveli stations are walk distance.

The house is old but fully renovated and designed by me. The apartment is bright and comfortable, with a full bathroom (7 sq. m). The apartment offers self check-in.
