"R Farm" is a developing farm w/ sheep, goats, chickens, ducks, dogs, and cats. The guest house is adjacent to our family home and near the barn. Three more miles up the road is Sweetwater Lake and the jump off area for the White River National Forest and the Flat Tops Wilderness area. Glenwood Springs is 32 miles down creek/river. Great access to hiking, floating, biking (Glenwood Canyon) and hunting, or best yet relaxing next to a beautiful creek. Brink's Outfitters at Sweetwater Lake has horses and guides for riding.

The guest area includes the entire basement of our home, with it's own private entrance, a living room area, bathroom and laundry facilities as well as a small kitchenette area stocked with breakfast items. The white river and fishing are within walking distance. We are surrounded by beautiful hiking and biking areas. There is an outdoor patio space to enjoy the peace and quiet of the white river valley.

Our Dream Ranch sits on 70 gorgeous acres with room to hike to the Colorado River that borders our property. Relax at the stocked fishing pond or have a fire in our firepit. Golfing right across the road. Activity Center within 2 miles. Ski Resorts 45 minutes away. Very quiet and peaceful. You can bring horses for an additional fee of $20.00/horse/limit 2 horses. We have turn out available.
