5 rooms available, about 120 m2, homy and relaxing area. Two floors and 4 bed rooms. 1 bathroom and 1 separate toilette. Bed linen and bath towels are all available and included in the price. There is a 30 m2 terrasse/platform in front of the house with an amazing view to Laax, Vally and the mountains. The house is good for couples, solo adventurers, groups and families (with kids). We have two baby beds, high chair and a basket full of toys available for families with kids. You are welcome!

Walkers Cottage, Home away from Home

This Newly renovated cottage is situated in the beautiful Mountains over looking the Walensee, with spectacular views of the Churfirsten. Transport is recommended , but its just a 10min walk down Oberterzen, where you find the cable car to go up to Flumserberg ski resort. (Ski in or out, only when there is enough snow) Or a 5 min drive down to Unterterzen where there is great swimming in Summer, other Restaurants, Supermarket, Bank, Post office, Train station, etc. We have a no pet policy

The apartment has all the modern amenities you wish for and breathtaking views of the Signina mountain range to enjoy. There is a fully equipped kitchen with dining and a stone fireplace. Modern wooden chalet with fantastic view over the whole valley and into the stunning austrian Alps. 3 floors with supercomfy charme, located above Schwarzenberg and a 5 minute drive to the Bödele ski resort. The house is located about 15 / 20 minutes by car from some of the areas finest ski resorts like Mellau / Damüls, about 35 / 40 minutes to Austrias best and largest ski destination, the Arlberg, which is connected via Schröcken / Warth by direct cable car connection.

Die Lage ist ruhig und bietet eine prächtige Aussicht über das St. Galler Rheintal und eine herrliche Bergkulisse rundherum. Der grosse Sitzplatz lädt ein, die Natur zu geniessen und die Seele einfach baumeln zu lassen. EG: Eingang, Küche, Essen, Wohnen, Bad, Abstellraum OG: 2 Schlafzimmer Achtung: Im EG gibt es einen Holzofen, welcher selbst eingeheizt werden muss (Holz vorhanden)

Davos-Sertig, Ferien in der Natur

Unser Haus ist abgelegen im ruhigem Naturschutzgebiet im Sertigtal. Im Winter direkt über die schwarz-markierte Tiefschneeabfahrt vom Jakobshorn zu erreichen. Im Frühling, Sommer und Herbst genial zum biken. Wanderwege, Langlaufläupe gehen beim Haus vorbei. Busstation ist unten am Haus. Da Davos ein Kurort ist, muss eine Kurtaxe entrichtet werden. Diese beträgt 5.90 pro Tag und Person ab 12 Jahren. Die Kurtaxe wird vor Ort beim Check-In eingezogen.
