A ház a Mecsek ölelésében, Pécs gyönyörű, donátusi részében helyezkedik el. Tökéletes, nyugodt elvonulóhely kettőtöknek. A ház tágas tereiben és a pazar panorámájában igazi pihenés vár. A belváros közel, annak minden lehetőségével mégis elég távol, hogy csöndes helyre tudjatok elvonulni. A környező erdő és települések megannyi lehetőséget tartogatnak számotokra, attól függően mivel töltenétek az időtöket. Mecseki túra? Borkóstoló vagy városnézés? Esetleg egymás felfedezése? Az Erkel Apartman, egy igényesen felújított 4 fő befogadására alkalmas szálláshely. A város szíve csupán 5 percnyi sétával elérhető. Csendes, nyugodt kis utcában található, egész napos ingyenes parkolási lehetőséggel. A konyha, étkező szép világos, kellemes látványt és hangulatot áraszt. Hűtő, mikró és főzéshez szükséges eszközökkel felszerelt. Sütési és mosási lehetőség nincs. Remek borvidékünk gazdag programokat kínál a vendégeink számára. Az apartman nem dohányzó. The apartment has all the basic amenities needed for you to have a comfortable rest and it is maintained and cleaned regularly. Under the apartment is daily bar with ocassional acustic events on weekend.

Családoknak is ideális A falu szélén található vendégház egy hatalmas udvaron helyezkedik el.Az udvarban az óriási fák alatt saját horgásztó,szabadtéri tűzrakóhely, nagy füves területek és egy hangulatos söröző található. Az szálláshely 10 fő elhelyezésére alkalmas. A felső szinten 3 db két ágyas szoba található, mindegyikhez saját tusoló és wc tartozik. A földszinten a közös konyha és a nappali kapott helyet. Itt található még egy külön bejáratú 4 ágyas lakrész.

Természetjárók, biciklizők kedvelt helye. Lakókocsival érkezőknek is megoldott a zárt parkolás.
