Kom tot rust in dit gezellige bohemian huis. Ontspan met een goed boek op de bank of spendeer wat quality time samen! Als het weer het toelaat is het goed toeven in de tuin, terwijl je luistert naar de kwetterende vogels. In de stille en donkere slaapkamer ga je een rustgevende nacht tegemoet, waarna je in de ochtend fijn wakker wordt met een heerlijke douche. Het huis staat vlakbij de Radboud universiteit en het ziekenhuis. Op loopafstand vind je Heumensoord, een prachtig bos om in te wandelen

Leuke eigen etage in jaren 70 stijl in centrum.

De Airbnb ligt op de 2e etage en hoeft u niet te delen. De inrichting heeft een jaren zeventig sfeer. Op de overloop is een bedstee gebouwd. De badkamer is vrij ruim. De keuken is geheel ingericht. Er is gratis thee, koffie, kruiden, wifi en een tv in de bedstee. De etage kan apart afgesloten worden (zie foto's). Op de eerste etage heb ik een extra deur geplaatst die mijn etage afsluit van de overloop. In de wijk kunt u gratis parkeren, maar niet overal, zie uitleg bij toegang voor gasten.

The sun is present in the garden all morning & part of the afternoon, later on you can enjoy the sun on the bench at the front of the house. The accommodation is located in a quiet neighborhood and you can walk to Utrecht Central Station in 15 minutes. Within 60 minutes you can be in the heart of Amsterdam!

Begane grond: woonkamer, keuken, toilet en zeer ruim dakterras met BBQ 1e verdieping: badkamer met toilet, wasbak en douche. Ruime slaapkamer met tweepersoons boxspring. Op 3e woonlaag twee kamers een met 2 eenpersoons bedden en kamer met tweepersoons boxspring. Indien je met kind reist en hier voorzieningen voor nodig hebt, dan graag vermelden. Anders zijn de voorzieningen niet voorhanden!

Onze accommodatie ligt in de historische binnenstad van Utrecht. De ruimte is vlakbij alle mooie musea, goede restaurants en cafés. U zult genieten van mijn plek omdat het een accommodatie in een eeuwenoude werfkelder is, met alles erop en eraan. De kelder is begin 2019 volledig gerenoveerd en voorzien van een nieuwe moderne keuken met benodigde apparatuur. Mijn ruimte is geschikt voor dagjesmensen, stellen, solo-avonturiers en zakelijke reizigers. De accommodatie heeft een eigen ingang.
