Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally located place. This cute and cozy 3 bedroom, 1 bath house is located on a quarter acre lot fully fenced. We will be excepting longer stays and 2 pets max.There is a $30 pet fee for each pet per stay must be paid before arrival. In the evenings roast marshmallows around the campfire. In Walking distance to town and a very quiet neighborhood. We are 4 minutes from Gem Island sports complex and only 4 minutes the park to play.

Scavenger (Tiny House)

Yes, warm! Our place is a feeling. You can arrive in the dark and see by our firepit Park next to the deck, walk a few feet, open the door, and walk inside. You're home. We are setup for anytime arrival. "Kate Brown" wears a hat and is milked every day. We give a free goat milk sample. Free-range chickens and roosters will follow you. Snuggle down on the love couch for a Roku/Netflix movie (you connect to YOUR cellphone Hotspot). You can walk around and see wildlife or buy fresh eggs ($4).

The ETownHouse Airbnb is less than one-mile from the heart of Emmett and the rodeo fairgrounds. It has a open floor plan (3 bedroom, 2 bath - 1,800 Sq ft) and a large kitchen with skylights. The back porch is a covered patio w/ gorgeous views. This home shares a split driveway. We also have a portable pack and play and high chair for littles.

You’ll treasure your time in this memorable place — a gorgeous, charming, beautifully appointed tiny home with butcher block counter tops, gas stove top, washer/dryer, air conditioning, full shower (quite spacious for a tiny home!), beautiful whimsical artwork (by artist Eli Halpin), and a lovely, uniquely designed artistic entry. It’s set on a property with a lush food forest, and a chicken coop from which we provide our guests with delicious farm fresh eggs.

Riverside Train Depot - Sun room

The original train depot for the logging town of Horseshoe Bend was moved to this incredible property right on the Payette River. Built in 1908 this historic depot has two separate rooms available for rent on a nightly basis. Located next door to the iconic Riverside Restaurant means there is always good food nearby. Idahoans travel to this destination restaurant right on the river for the scenic view, country feel, and homey atmosphere.
