Well equipped kitchen with dining area and your own patio area on deck. We have central heating, so the temperature is comfortable all year round. The houseboat has in each end of the ship to seperate appartments with seperate entrances from outside, seperate kichens, seperat baths and seperate deck. very charming

Stort udvalg af cafeer, restauranter, supermarkeder og special butikker + bedste ismejeri : ) 10 min. gang til Dyssegård St., tog til centrum, 15 min. Bus 6A (3 min.) til centrum, 20-25 min. Obs. Loftshøjde 190 cm.

Pleasant basement room with a comfortable single bed , two good armchairs for lounging and reading , and a small desk for working, book case and room for clothes. Adjoining bathroom with shower, hair dryer . Kitchenette with cooking facilities, refrigerator, microoven, toaster and electric kettle. - washing machine/drier, that you may use ONLY upon request :) I speak fluent English/French. German and understand Italian.

There is also a front garden with comfortable seating. The neighbourhood north of Copenhagen named Ordrup - a quiet and friendly place. Lots of green areas around. 800 meters to the ocean and forest,800 meters to shops, 600 meters to the station which takes you to Cph Center in 15 minutes. Beautiful place

Centralt beliggende stilfuld og hyggelig lejlighed i Hellerup 6 km nord for København tæt på Øresund, Charlottenlund Fort med badestrand, skov og Strandvejen med gode spisesteder og butikker udlejes. Herfra kan I hurtigt og nemt kommer ind til alle seværdighederne i København eller nyder de mange faciliteter i området.
