House with mountain views , lake and a creek, has a private back patio with Pergola and Hot Tub (HOT TUB ONLY AVAILABLE MAY 1ST TO NOVEMBER 1ST). Living room, fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, and two bedrooms with queen sized beds. The second floor has a large bedroom, full, queen and cabinet beds, a TV, fireplace and a double bathroom. The Cricket- An amazing Tiny House!

The Cricket is a rustic historic cabin in a small neighborhood on Spring Street along side the rushing Clear Creek and nestled among an Aspen grove. The Cricket was built in 1920 and is 360 sq. feet. We have just completed renovations on the Cricket including a new bathroom, interior and exterior painting and extensive yard work. We think you will find our home a peaceful refuge!
