EXTRA AMENITIES & MORE DETAILS Complimentary Wi-Fi, local TV channels through satellite, Roku streaming, firewood, coffee, and a shared on-site laundry facility with an ice maker (free of charge) are provided. Unassigned parking is available for one vehicle in the on-site parking area (which also includes an accessible parking spot). We are equidistant to the Railyard District, Canyon Road, and the Downtown Historic Plaza. It is about a 15 minute walk to each from the apartment. Due to its location, this unit does get a fair amount of street noise and also, there is no oven, only a small toaster oven for countertop.
