Restored historic dairy barn (1910) on Charlotte’s Run, a retired Hudson Valley farm affectionately known as the (foster) Puppy Farm, whose use includes rehabilitating dogs via Mr. Bones & Co., a 501(c)3 nonprofit. This 400 sq ft studio cottage and deck offer Catskill Mountain sunsets and seclusion, one mile from Main Street, featuring Otto’s market, Universal Cafe, a wine shop, laundromat and more. A family-friendly escape, a 5-minute drive to our quaint town of Germantown, & 15 minutes to the hip town of Hudson. Just a little further & you are in Red Hook or Rhinebeck!

Down a long driveway, set amongst 100 year old trees and meadows, the cabin offers time in the quiet country though only minutes to the lively village of Tivoli. With a wrap around porch for morning coffee, fire fly viewing or star gazing. It has a soaking tub, with a hand held shower. The cabin is part of our family compound of a main house and a small garden hut. Each property has an independent outdoor space for relaxing and privacy.
