A cozy bungalow very close to the highly-desirable Proctor and 6th Avenue districts, offering many restaurants, bars and nightlife. Private studio space includes queen-sized bed, full bathroom (with laundry included), large eat-in kitchen with all cookware and utensils provided, and single car parking right out your front door. Charming private outdoor courtyard area is the perfect place to spend quiet time with your gourmet coffee or favorite wine. This property is NOT pet friendly.

The Captains Quarters at Sylvanrude is a step into a forest of Douglas Fir, Cedar, and Hemlock. The small apartment is above a garage, and is equipped with a coved ceiling bathroom, (tall folks beware) full kitchen, cozy sleeping area with a new queen bed on antique frame, TV with DVDs only, (wifi is through MIFI, a Verizon source), a private beach fire pit with beach access, and the most amazing sunsets over Case Inlet.
