We offer a fully furnished 1 bedroom with a king size bed, bathroom, living room area with a TV, futon which could sleep 1, full kitchen (no dishwasher). It's the addition to our house that is a separate living space with it's own entrance, L shaped back yard, air/heat. WiFi included. Tonto national forest, Saguaro lake, Salt river tubing and wild horses, kayaking, CUBS park, downtown Tempe, casino, Sky Harbor airport, beautiful hiking at Superstition Mountains are 20 min away. 1 Bedroom home, with great long-range mountain views. Quiet wooded lot. Great fire pit area. Close to great trails for hiking, ATVs. The house is located on a dirt road. There is parking for at least 4 cars, but a large trailer may be difficult to park. There MAY be a FIRE BAN when you are interested in coming. I will have a sign on the fire pit if I know there is a ban in place.
