Although the cabins are only 10 miles from town, guests feel as if they are in another world; a world of pure Texas Hill Country! The bedroom/sitting area includes a flat screen TV; kitchenette complete with a toaster oven, full size refrigerator, keurig and microwave. Large porch with hot tub.

This is one of few places in the Hill country and still be 5 minutes away from downtown Fredericksburg. Its located on 43 acres, and offers a plethora of exotic wildlife. As you drive in, there will be a second gate, there's an old style wooden covered bridge crossing a pond with cascading waterfalls! You are welcome to fish at the pond or our creek our back. We don't offer breakfast, but the kitchen is fully equipped with pots, pans. We do supply coffee, sugar and creamer.

Just minutes away from shopping, dining, and local attractions but still far enough away from the bustle to relax. Our cabin is built on our active sheep farm. We have Barbado sheep, Ally the llama, Miss Piggy our potbelly pig, and Duke the guard dog. We, the owners are always on-site to help make your stay an enjoyable one.

The Sapling overlooks the south bank of the Palo Alto Creek to the distant hills beyond. It has a king bed, a well-appointed kitchenette, and a large master bath with a double rain shower and soak tub. There is a romantic lounging gazebo on its large private deck as well as a grill & griddle combo with propane provided.
