What we do offer is a serene and peaceful home in the mountains with a rugged natural landscape, and occasional visits from bear and moose. If you’re lucky, you may have a front row seat to Lady Aurora dancing from the spacious and comfy hot tub! We are roughly forty-minutes North of the Airport, and 15 minutes away from downtown ER.

Conveniently located within walking distance to chair 4. One block from day lodge parking lot. Comfortably sleeps four but can accommodate more. Queen in master bedroom. And twin over full in second bedroom. Couch in living room pulls out too. Great for one or two couples or small family. This is the lower unit of duplex. The upstairs unit is rented long term to Girdwood professionals. Have your own kitchen and put the kids in their own bedroom. There is a hot tub for your use.

"Tecumseh's Stall" is named after the beautiful steel grey Percheron draft horse that once lived on property. This is one of 4 cottage/apartments in a small Boutique property "Carriage House Accommodations" This luxury, craftsman style cottage is 350 sq. ft. with a King bed in the bedroom, full bath, double leather futon, smart TV and kitchenette. All guests have year-round access to a timber frame gazebo and hot tub, and other seasonal amenities.
