Grey Gum Reflections

Peaceful 1BR retreat just 2 mins off the highway in Benaraby. Private guest house with full kitchenette, lounge, bathroom & bedroom overlooking our property and dam. Only 12 mins to Tannum Sands/Boyne Island and approx 20 minutes to Gladstone, it's a great base for beach trips, fishing or work stopovers. Our fully self contained guest house, although on our property, is separate from our main home, giving you peace and privacy during your stay.

Bushland Breeze - Self Contained Unit

Our Queenslander split level house is situated in the heart of Gladstone, backs onto bushland & less than 5 minutes from shops. We live upstairs, the lower half is your self-contained unit - kitchen/lounge, master bedroom, ensuite and 'Beach Room' (2nd bedroom). Please note, all 4 rooms are adjoining and there is no internal walkway around the ensuite when in use, other than from outside. The Beach Room boasts the bushland view.

Gladstone Central Light & Breezy

Gladstone Central Location 5km to CBD. Upper level with 3 bedrooms, well equipped kitchen, lounge with 55" smart TV, full bathroom, separate toilet. Front & back decks with a Webber BBQ on the back deck. Airconditioned bedrooms and living room. Downstairs Studio, air conditioned with Queen bed, kitchenette, full sized fridge, ensuite, sitting area with smart TV is included.
