It is locked off from upstairs & has it's own entrance. So 2 seperate units, 2 seperate entrances, but all under 1 roof. We will use the left side of the drive (2 cars) & enter via garage. Guests will use the right side of the drive (2 cars) & enter via front door. If suitable for you, we welcome you! :)

The apartment is in the space that once was our old garage, so it's attached to our home.
