We are next door, but you will have complete privacy with your own entrance, driveway and parking. This area is a wildlife haven and there is a very good chance you will spot red squirrels coming to feed on the bird table outside Lovely view of the woods and gorgeous sunsets. Perfect spot for nature lovers.

The Tower, Thornton Castle

Traditional & relaxed accommodation in the 16th century Scottish tower of our family home. Accessed by a spiral staircase your space comprises 2 bedrooms for 4 people over two floors in a private wing of the castle with bathroom and small sitting room. Full breakfast included. Set in the foothills of the Cairngorm National Park, this is an ideal stop off between Inverness and Edinburgh. Balmoral Castle, Dunnottar Castle, Glamis Castle and St Andrews are nearby. Traditional Scottish Bothy in the Highlands

Located in a secluded rural spot at the Glenbeg Estate and outside Grantown-on-Spey, this is the perfect place for a stay in traditional Scottish surroundings. Bunkroom sleeps six with guest bed available if necessary. A spacious wetroom adjoins the bunkroom. The bothy is in an excellent location for walkers and paddlers. At one end of Snow Roads, a stop for the North Coast 500 and ,250 or Malt Whisky Trail. Suitable for disabilities with level access and free parking. Towels not included.
